Charles Jonscher
Founder and President of CET
30 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and M&A. President of CET since 1990, and co-head of CET Capital since 2005.  Partner, Booz Allen and Hamilton (1987-90).  Lecturer at Sloan School of Management, MIT, and Faculty of Economics, Harvard University (1980-84). Extensive writing on business and technology. Education Cambridge (BA, Electrical Sciences) and Harvard (MA and PhD, Economics).
Tom Lampl
Managing Director and head of CET’s private equity division
30 years investment banking experience in Europe and USA. President,International Capital Group (Global Asset Management), 1985-90. Vice-President, J P Morgan & Co (1980-85); previously with S G Warburg & Co (project and corporate finance) and Rothschild Intercontinental Bank. Education Oxford (MA, Physics) and Insead (MBA).
Jan Dauman
Head of CET’s strategy consultancy practice
25 years global experience, as Chief Executive of InterMatrix Group, advising multinational corporations including Xerox, Cisco, and Merck. Formerly with M W Kellogg andIBM. Extensive Board appointments and lecturing experience, author of ‘Business Survival and Social Change’ and ‘Business in Balance’. Education Imperial College London (BSc), Yale (MIA) and Brunel (PhD).
Antoni Rakowski
Leads CET’s corporate finance and M&A teams in the Polish market
Flagship transactions have included Vodafone (mobile telecommunications consortium), Orbis SA ($250 million equity sale), andNorwich Union (insurance joint venture). Consultancy projects and transactions for numerous industrial and FMCG corporations. Education Warsaw School of Economics (International Trade) and University of Warsaw (Development Economics).
Adrian Rusu
Head of Corporate finance and M&A teams in CET Bucharest
Awarded 33 privatisation assignments by the Romanian Government. International clients include Danone, Compaq, Bank of America, and BNP Paribas. Education Technical University of Bucharest (MSc); Pittsburgh University (George Soros Scholar); Emory University (MBA).
Peter Chudy
Head of CET’s diagnostic and restructuring practice in Poland
Completed over 50 projects for industrial and consumer corporations including Pepsi, Heinz, Compaq, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Eli Lilly. Previously withChemical Bank of New York. Education University of Denver (BA, MA) and American Graduate School of International Management (MBA).
Tadeusz Madej
Head of CET’s Polish transaction team
Clients include Timken (acquisition), Comcast Corporation (telecommunications joint venture and license), Texaco (strategic consultancy). Advises many domestic corporations on strategy and acquisitions. Education Czestochowa Technical University (MSc), Warsaw (Postgraduate Studies in Organisation and Management).
David Keresztes
Head of CET’s Hungarian transaction team with a focus on financial sponsors and alternative investments
Previously head of CET affiliate Standard Capital. Clients include Eurocom, Railroad Development Corp, Lithuanian Airlines and Euroventures. The Riverside Company(1994-97), Anthem Partners (1991-93), Goldman Sachs (1989-91). Education Columbia University (BA, Economics). FINRA Series 7 & 63.
